Frankford Library

The Frankford Library sits just three blocks from the edge of the FFS campus, and serves as a vital link to our classrooms in our effort to prepare students for an increasingly information-driven world.

A haven for both reading and research, our students use the library to seek out books for their own joyful reading and to conduct research on a variety of topics. At the beginning of their time at Frankford Friends School, each student is guided through the process of signing up for a free library card, which is theirs to keep and use outside of school at any branch of the Free Library system. Through this meaningful and regular ritual, we shape a generation of lifelong readers who find joy in making use of the resources that are available to all at the public library.
