We are honored to give special thanks and recognition to our event hosts, Shonta D. Collins and Cheryl Spreitzer. Shonta and Cheryl have played a pivotal role in engaging business leaders, partners and vendors who share our values, providing inspiration and partnership to sustain Frankford Friends School’s culture, vision, and connectivity.
Shonta and Cheryl are proud parents of FFS students and active in all areas of Frankford Friends School, including as lead volunteers and fundraisers. Together, they have hosted spectacular events and initiatives to support the school’s mission and vision for the future.
Shonta comes from a long standing culture of philanthropy in local and national communities. She believes that "charity starts in the home" and "what you learn in the home you apply into society." Her motto is that people can find support in simple acts of kindness, and it is this that drives her passion for bettering the community at large.
Cheryl is passionate about sustainability issues that include grassroots solutions which lead to cleaner and more environmentally friendly infrastructures in our local neighborhoods. She is also committed to women’s equality issues, and to raising independent daughters who share her passion and dedication for serving their community.
Frankford Friends School is honored to recognize the outstanding contributions and connections of Shonta and Cheryl.
Thank you to our Community Partners and Sponsors!
The support of community partners upholds our school’s vision: to provide a limitless learning experience for curious children who see the Light in themselves and others. Thank you to those who help propel school initiatives that advance equity and inclusion to create a learning and living environment in which every student will thrive.
