Tuition Assistance Application

Frankford Friends School partners with FACTS Grant & Aid Assessment to assist us in determining each family’s need for tuition assistance.

Frankford Friends School partners with FACTS Grant & Aid Assessment to assist us in determining each family’s need for tuition assistance. Each FACTS application provides the school with a thorough analysis of a family’s financial resources, including income, assets and expenses. This helps the Tuition Assistance Committee to fairly and equitably distribute awards. All personal information is held in the strictest of confidence.

The application is completed entirely online at https://online.factsmgt.com/Aid.

In order to make the process easier, families will use the preceding year’s completed Federal Income Tax Form 1040.  Once the new year’s forms come available, families must submit the current year’s W2 and 1099 forms. This is so we may substantiate that earnings have remained consistent with the preceding year’s income. All tuition assistance awarded is contingent upon the timely receipt of this information and is subject to change based on any new information.

Tuition assistance applications can be found at https://online.factsmgt.com/Aid. There is a $40 fee charged by FACTS. This resource for completing the application process may be helpful and is recommended.

New and Prospective Students

We encourage all families to apply early in fall for tuition assistance. Current FFS families are given priority. New applications are prioritized in the order in which they are received. Almost a quarter of our students receive some form of tuition assistance; however, the demand for tuition assistance often exceeds the funds available.

Returning Students

Applications for tuition assistance must be renewed annually. The deadline for priority 2023-2024 applications is December 16, 2022, at which point applications must be complete (including all tax forms, documents and schedules).  All families must strictly adhere to the deadline or their application will be placed in the general pool.

We offer several payment plans to accommodate and assist our families in budgeting and planning.
