Frankford Friends School relies on gifts from our families and friends as a show of support for what they love best about our school: the values, our teachers and programs, the diverse community, technology and project-based learning, our historic city campus, and most of all, our students. All gifts to Frankford Friends School are tax-deductible and affirm your commitment to our mission as a Quaker school in the city of Philadelphia. We are sincerely grateful for our donors who join us in building a better future for our students, School, city, and planet.
The FFS Annual Giving Program is the school’s top fundraising priority. It allows us to stay true to our mission and values: to nurture the mind and spirit of every student in our diverse community and to let their lives speak in the pursuit of lifelong learning, commitment to social justice, and service to their communities. At FFS, we strive to make our education more accessible and inclusive for all students to thrive in the real world.
Leadership Circle of Friends
Leadership Donors provide significant support that enables us to pursue and achieve our School’s mission in multiple ways; support for our students and teachers, scholarship opportunities, innovation, the care of our historic campus, and ultimately, ensuring that the best possible experience is available to every FFS student. FFS Leadership Donors include FFS families, grandfriends, alumni, alumni families, community members and friends of the school.
The extraordinary generosity of our annual donors provide many of the resources we need to continue our important work. Leadership levels of support, starting at $1,000, play a major role in the daily life of every student. But as much as the amount you give, your gifts are what matters. Participation in FFS Annual Giving speaks to your confidence in this community, and sets an example for others to include FFS in their philanthropic plans.
The 1833 Society
Founded in 1833, throughout its history, Frankford Friends School has remained committed to nurturing the Quaker testimonies of simplicity, peace, integrity, community, equality and stewardship, both within and beyond the classroom. A storied history such as ours is anchored by a strong community of families, friends, and neighbors who love our students and school. Making a gift in the amount of $1,833 is a vote of confidence in our history, our mission and the FFS vision for the future of FFS.
You can designate your annual gift to make an immediate impact, support innovation or to foster our continued commitment to equity in our community by specifying the fund you wish to support.
